Warranty

Every instrument is certified free defect in materials and workmanship. This warranty is available  for all my professional life as a luthier and is extended to the original owner only. It is not transferable to the next owner, if this case happen. The defect part will be replaced or repaired, according to the situation.

Not covered: normal wear of the different parts of the instrument, tuners and case, electronics, finish, wood cracks caused by normal climatic changes, wear or fail caused by abuse, neglect or extreme conditions of temperature and/or humidity.

The warranty can be cancelled if periodical maintenance are not done, repairs or modifications are made without my approuval.

A 20% deposit is required when ordering. This deposit is not reimbursable. A second payment of  30% is done when the instrument is at the finishing stage. Balance must be paid before the delivery.

All prices in canadian dollar and do not inclued taxes, duty, delivery costs and insurance.

Delivery costs are paid by the owner of the instrument when shipping for a replacement covered by the warranty, repair or maintenance.

15 days trial is allowed to the new owner. If unsutable. Reimbursement is done at the moment of the resale of the instrument. If restoration is needed, charges can be applied. Shipping cost assumed by the owner.
